Maison AVAZA provides with free shipping. Estimated delivery time and amount is calculated by country. Delivery time varies between day 7-21 days
Customized dress:
For customized order delivery takes between 14-21 days depending on the complexity and fabric choice.
Please note that any order made after 1pm (GMT +4) on Friday and throughout Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on the Monday of the following week. Georgian national holidays bank holidays in the shipping destination countries can also lead to delays in deliveries.
In order to guarantee security and speed, all orders are shipped using high quality courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a direct link by email that will allow you to check the status of your order and follow its progress at the courier ́s website.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 7pm and will require a signature to ensure safe and secure delivery of your order.

Packaging & Gifts
It is possible to include a Gift Message in the package, you can select this option at check out and write your personal message. The is no invoice with price included, only a delivery note in which the price is omitted will be included in the parcel, so that you can send your purchase as a gift directly.
Stock availability
Maison Avaza cannot be liable if stock is unavailable at any given time. In the case of an issue with ordered stock, Maison AVAZA will contact the customer within 48 hours after purchase to offer a solution.
Exchanges and returns
You may exchange or return items purchased from Maison AVAZA online store within fourteen (14) days with the order confirmation email or the official invoice of your online purchase. The item(s) must be in their original condition and with their original packaging and their corresponding accessories in order to be exchanged. Maison Avaza is not responsible for return shipping cost.
Any other product purchased from the Maison AVAZA online store which has been customized or is part of special pre-order collections, is not subject to the Exchanges and Return policy.
